As the third-generation leader of Harberson RV & Marine, Victor carries forward a proud legacy that began with his grandfather, Chet Harberson, and continued under the dedicated leadership of his father, Victor Harberson Sr.
From sweeping showroom floors as a young boy to learning every aspect of sales, service, parts, and customer care alongside his family, Victor developed a deep-rooted passion for the industry and an unwavering commitment to excellence. That hands-on foundation, combined with years of progressive leadership experience, has equipped him to guide Harberson RV & Marine into its next chapter.
